MDF lining
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboards) is a medium density fiberboard made from the finest sawdust. The production of this material includes chopping wood into chips, turning it into fibers, further mixing with glue and wax, after compaction under a high-temperature hot press. This, in turn, helps the glue to acquire the necessary density to bind all the fibers together. As a result of these processes, an untreated MDF sheet is obtained. It is then conditioned, sanded, cut and packaged to produce MDF ready for sale.
