Mortise lock, lever, safe type.

The lock is 8-lever, has 3 bolts d 15.8 mm with a maximum extension for one full turn of the key - 26 mm. Designed for installation in metal doors, metal cabinets and safes. Used as an additional lock.

Armor plates made of manganese steel 65 G, 2 mm thick, are installed on the body and on the lid of the lock. The hardness of the armor plates after ordering is 58–62 units on the Rockwell scale. Armor plates protect the lever mechanism (levers and shank post) of the lock from drilling. When developing locks "50 series" the locks "30 series" were taken as a basis, but the novelty has several additional degrees of protection - the STRONG SECURITY system. Therefore, Guardian 50 series locks are protected from the following methods and tools of opening:

- self-impression;

- decoding;

- opening with master keys;

- convolution;

- drilling;

- vandals.

Decorative key covers are not included in the delivery set and must be purchased separately.

The lock "Mottura 54.797"

The lock is specially designed with a double locking system, pursuing the following goals: expanding the functions of the lock; establishing a limited sequence when locking the lock (dependent / independent locks); increased break-in time.

This is a series of two-system locks, which are made in dependent (when one lock blocks the other) and independent versions. In the dependent version, the cylindrical (lower) part blocks the main lever with a curtain. When closed with a cylinder lock, the well of the lever lock is covered with a curtain, preventing the manipulation of the master keys. The lock has four steel bolts with a diameter of 18mm, a projection of 40mm for a lever type and one steel bolt for a cylinder type with a diameter of 18mm, a projection of 22mm, a latch that can be unlocked with a handle and a key.

The Mottura 54 797 lock is equipped with 6 levers, among which there are levers without springs. Also, the lever block is located closer to the inside of the lock, and the shank post has an embedded carbide ball that prevents drilling. This circumstance greatly complicates the opening of the lock with master keys and other criminal methods. The number of code combinations is 144,000.
